What is TECA ?

Somewhere between knowing and not-knowing, sound and silence, movement and stillness, there’s a space where profound transformation and healing happens.

The Embodying Consciousness Approach (TECA) invites you on a journey through this liminal space, with care, presence, and powerful tools that speak the language of your whole being. TECA is a unique blend of transformative modalities and techniques designed to guide you on your journey to self-discovery and healing.

Are you ready to embark on a multidimensional process of healing that is experiential, intuitive, and transformative? Something that speaks to the intelligence of your body, your soul, and the spaces in between?

What are some of the tools ?

Walking-In-Your-Shoes® (WIYS), a gentle, yet powerful body-mind process founded by John F. Cogswell, Ph.D and Joseph Culp. I am a certified facilitator of this method since 2014. Read more about it on my WIYS page.

Diamond Inquiry™️, a profound method of inquiring into one’s experience, as taught and used in the contemporary spiritual path of the Diamond Approach. I am a student of this path since 2008.

Sound Healing Techniques – harnessing the vibrational power of didgeridoos, singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and more. Utilizing vocals and toning in a variety of ways.

Techniques and insights from a variety of other modalities, methods & teachings, such as: Systemic Constellation Work, Therapeutic Coaching, EFT, Channeling, Light Language, Breathwork Techniques, Movement Practices (e.g. Aikido) and more.

Science & Spirituality – What indigenous people across the globe have known for hundreds or even thousands of years, science is slowly catching up to. I have been on a spiritual path for many years and at the same time I’m deeply rooted in science. The blending of both makes the path of healing & transformation even more powerful than one alone. I strive to expand my horizon in all directions by living a life of ceaseless discovery, with TECA being a result of it.
