With the flow of Aikido, the deep empathy of Walking in Your Shoes, different forms of meditation, sound healing elements, improv, and more, you’ll sync with your day on your own terms. Each moment becomes an opportunity to align with something deeper, something more alive than any set structure.

• What to Expect: Something you might not expect, seriously.
• What to Bring: Your open minded self dressed for some possible movement. If you need your coffee, ok, that too.
• The “Nitty Gritty”: We’ll meet at Energetic Experiences at 7:30am —😳, that’s correct— for about 1h15 min. Afterwards you are welcome to hang out for a little bit or head straight into your day. Cost? I trust your generous spirit to support your facilitator and hosts with a kind donation.
